I have a Zojirushi Rice cooker (6 cups) and was wondering if I could cook Rice and Black Beans packaged goya rice in it? I heard a rumor only white/brown rice can be made in it. Please help!! Thanks.

I’m looking for a 3-cup Zojirushi rice cooker with a UK plug, probably from Hong Kong or somewhere similar, that I can buy either in a shop or online.
I don’t want to spend more than £100 on it, and I already know about yumasia.co.uk and they’re too expensive.
I will be able to get an American one in the summer for about £100 with the necessary transformer, but I’d rather just get one with a UK plug.

I got this wonderful large rice cooker as a gift when I lived in Japan last year. I used it a lot and now that I have FINALLY gotten it back from my shipping company I can’t find the directions! There are lines on the inside saying, “1 cup, 2 cups, etc.” Is it 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water? Or do you put in two cups of rice and then fill to the #2 line? I tried to look it up online but can’t find a definite answer.
