I have BBCC-X20 machine.
I bought a fresh yeast, both for normal and quick cycle.
I follow the recipes from the Zojirushi book.

But bread always comes out with it’s top very low and curved inwards.
I followed SumBuddy’s recommendations. And bread came out of the oven very tasty and well rised. Last time I used the same recipe in the machine and bread was bad.

Maybe Daa is right, it was too much moisture for Zojirushi machine baking. I will try this next.
